This notice is issued under Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). It applies in addition to our Privacy Policy.

1. Data Controller

Under Law No. 6698, your personal data is processed by U2 AI Studio Teknoloji A.Ş. (MERSIS: 0883124471000001, Tax ID: 8831244710) acting as the data controller.

2. Processed Personal Data

  • Identity: name, surname, title
  • Contact: email, phone, address
  • Customer / partner data: company name, role, subject of the inquiry
  • Transaction security data: IP address, logs, cookie data
  • Marketing: newsletter and event preferences
  • CV data: education and work history shared during applications

3. Purposes

  • Performance of pre-contractual and contractual relationships
  • Responding to requests, complaints and inquiries
  • Demo and proposal management
  • Evaluation of job applications
  • Compliance with legal obligations
  • Site security and performance analytics
  • Marketing communication (only with consent)

4. Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed on the legal bases listed in Article 5/2 of the KVKK, for which explicit consent is not required: processing necessary in direct connection with the establishment or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c), compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller (Art. 5/2-ç), and the legitimate interests of the data controller provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (Art. 5/2-f). No processing on this site relies on explicit consent; explicit consent is governed by Article 5/1 of the KVKK.

5. Transfer

Your data may be shared, only to the extent necessary, with:

  • Cloud infrastructure providers (within KVKK Article 9)
  • Our auditor and legal advisors
  • Authorized public bodies
  • Business partners (only when required for the operation)

Cross-border transfers comply with the KVKK and decisions of the Personal Data Protection Authority.

6. Retention

Your data is retained for as long as needed for the purposes above and in line with statutory minimum retention periods. At the end of the period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the KVKK.

7. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed
  • Request information about processing
  • Know its purpose and whether it is used as intended
  • Know the third parties to which it is transferred at home and abroad
  • Request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data
  • Request deletion or destruction
  • To request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom your data has been transferred
  • Object to outcomes of automated processing
  • Claim damages where data is processed unlawfully

8. How to Apply

You may submit requests under Article 11 of the KVKK, in accordance with Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller: in writing, to our registered electronic mail (KEP) address, using a secure electronic signature, using a mobile signature, or from an e-mail address you have previously notified to us and that is registered in our system. Your request is concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest; where the process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Board may be charged (KVKK Art. 13). If your application is rejected, the response is insufficient or no response is given in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board under Article 14 of the KVKK within thirty days of learning the response and in any case within sixty days of the application date.
